Email us at hello@fishfits.com. It's the only way to reach us. We read every message, and reports of mistakes get priority.
What to write about
- Corrections. If a species page, guide or calculator looks wrong, send the page address, what you think is wrong and, if you can, a source. This helps us check it quickly.
- Species requests. Tell us which fish, shrimp or snail you'd like added. The common and scientific names both help.
- Suggestions. Ideas for new tools, calculators or guides, or anything on the site that's confusing or hard to use.
- Bugs. If a tool doesn't work, tell us the page, what you did, and the browser and device you used.
- Privacy questions. Anything about how the site handles data. See our privacy policy first.
When to expect a reply
We can't promise a reply time. We read every message and try to answer questions that need an answer. We may not reply to every suggestion, but we do read them. Confirmed corrections are fixed as soon as we can, and changes to species data or calculator rules are listed in our changelog.
What we can't help with
- Sick fish emergencies. We can't diagnose fish by email. For a sick fish, contact an aquatic vet or an experienced local fish store. Our guides cover common problems.
- Paid placements. We don't accept payment to feature, rank or recommend products. See our editorial policy.
We use your email address only to read and reply to your message. We don't sell it or add it to a mailing list. Please don't send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
